HRTechSaaS publishes contributions from practitioners who have something genuinely useful to say about HR technology. If you’ve built something, implemented something, or learned something the hard way — we want to hear from you.
Who We Publish
We accept contributions from:
- HR operators and practitioners — People Ops leads, HR Directors, CHROs, and specialists who have hands-on experience with the tools and challenges they’re writing about
- HR tech founders and product leaders — Writing about the problem space, not a product pitch
- Consultants and advisors with genuine domain expertise and no undisclosed conflicts
We do not accept contributions from:
- Link builders or SEO agencies writing on behalf of clients
- Anyone submitting on behalf of a vendor to promote that vendor’s product without disclosure
- Writers with no demonstrated knowledge of HR or HR technology
Topics We Cover
Suitable contribution topics include:
- Implementation experiences with specific HR tech tools (honest — not promotional)
- Frameworks for evaluating or selecting HR technology categories
- People-ops processes that intersect with technology
- Analysis of HR tech trends, M&A, or product shifts
- Case studies from real deployments (anonymised where necessary)
- Contrarian takes on widely accepted HR tech assumptions
Topics we don’t need more of:
- Generic “Top 10 HR Tools” listicles
- Content that’s been published elsewhere in substantially similar form
- Thought-leadership that doesn’t actually say anything
Submission Guidelines
Word count: 1,000–2,500 words for standard articles. Longer pieces accepted if the depth is warranted.
Originality: All submissions must be original and unpublished. Do not submit content that has appeared elsewhere, in substantially the same form, under your name or another.
No AI-spun copy: We run submissions through AI-detection tools. Articles that read as machine-generated, or that were clearly written by an AI and minimally edited, will be rejected. AI-assisted research and outlining is fine — but the writing must be yours.
Formatting: Submit as a Google Doc or plain text. Include a brief author bio (2–3 sentences), a headshot (optional), and any disclosures of conflicts of interest.
Links: You may include relevant links to primary sources, data, and your own previous work. Do not include promotional links to products in which you have an undisclosed financial interest.
Disclosures: If you work for, have invested in, or have been paid by any company you mention, disclose it in the submission. We’ll include it in the published piece. Non-disclosure is grounds for immediate removal of content.
The Editorial Process
- Pitch or submit — Send your pitch (2–3 sentence summary + proposed angle) or full draft to contact@perkisolutions.com with subject line “Contribution Pitch”
- Editorial review — We assess fit, quality, and originality. We respond to all submissions, though this can take up to 10 business days
- Editing — Accepted pieces are edited for clarity, accuracy, and style. We’ll share edits for your review before publishing
- Fact-checking — Key claims will be verified. We may come back with questions
- Publication — We’ll confirm the publish date and share the live link
What We Won’t Accept
- Anchor-text outreach — “I noticed a broken link on your site, here’s my article” submissions are discarded
- Paid placements disguised as guest posts — if you want a sponsored placement, see our Work With Us page
- Content that promotes a specific product without disclosure of a commercial relationship
- Recycled or AI-generated content
- Content that doesn’t meet our editorial standards on its merits
We do not charge contributors to publish, and we do not pay contributors at this time.
